Any product that receives damage during shipment will be replaced upon notification within timeframe. If you receive your order and products are damaged please email [email protected] immediately upon arrival date with your order number, description of product damage along with a picture of the damaged product(s). Once reviewed you will receive a confirmation email of your order replacement with tracking information. You will have 14 days upon shipment arrival date to claim your product replacement. Failure to submit your claim on time will result in your order not being replaced.
We are not responsible for wrongful shipments, nor will we replace any orders shipped to an incorrect address. We will provide assistance on order tracking to the best of our ability. To avoid this please make sure the address you entered is valid before placing your order.
